Returns/Change of Mind
Sassy Sista Sunglasses, offers a 14-day no problems return policy from the date you receive your delivery.
Please email us at sassysistasunglasses@gmail.com with your name, order number, and the reason for return and we will send you our shipping details. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. Please note that shipping is paid by you and Sassy Sista Sunglasses will not refund shipping costs unless they are for damaged or defective items (see below).
Once your return is received and inspected for any damage, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then a refund will be applied within 10 business days.
Defective or Damaged items
We always strive to maintain the highest quality of standard and exceptional customer service. If your items arrive defective or damaged we will provide a full refund no questions asked.
